First kilometre €9, each additional kilometre €5.

Pick up from the hotel or an address of your choice is free of charge within a radius of 2 kilometres from the Museum Island. 

Each additional kilometre costs €5.

The booking can be cancelled free of charge* up to 48 hours before the start time.

For cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start time, a 50% refund will be granted.

No refunds are possible after this deadline.
